Excerpt: There’s a lot of buzz regarding overclocking mobile devices, especially  Android phones. My MotoDroid performs at around 550 mHz out of the box. Using custom ROMs and an app called “SetCPU”, (See more here.) I was able to change the clock speed on the processor in my phone. However, I did not OVERclock it, I actually UNDERclocked it. Why?
